Professional Education

In 1994 I graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at the University Hospital in Göttingen/Germany. I started practical work as Physiotherapist in various hospitals in Germany and I concentrated at chronic diseases of the locomotive system and at treatments after surgical operations between 1994 and 1998.

In Switzerland I started work in 1998 and I specialised in therapy after traumatic brain injury or stroke in rehability centers.

From 2004 thru March 2010 I worked as Phsiotherapist at the Physiotherapy Clinic of Hillenaar & Franconi in Oberengstringen.

After 5 years of study at the Private School of Classic Osteopath Medicine (SKOM) I graduated in 2009 as Osteopath in Bad Zurzach/Switzerland.

1995 – 2000 manual therapy training with Certificate

1996 Bobath Therapy basic class

1997 foot reflexology training

2004 – 2009 qualification as an osteopath in SKOM (Schule für Klassische Osteopathische Medizin, Bad Zurzach, 1800 hrs)

2011 Osteopath Diploma Certificate

2012 Intercantonal Recognition as Osteopath with GDK Diploma

2013 advanced training in visceral osteopathy and in pediatric osteopathy

2014 – 2015 seminar series in Embryology – Anatomy – Osteopathy in Germany and Switzerland

2015 additional education in Yoga training

2016 additional qualifications in biodynamic osteopathy and biodynamic craniosacral therapy

2017 – 2020 continued courses in integrated techniques after DeBakker
